Protected Assets

The following are protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written consent:

• The HER5 logo and all logo variations
• Brand colours, typography, and visual identity
• Photography, imagery, and video content
• Website content, copy, and design
• Social media content and assets
• Marketing materials and promotional content

Brand Centre

HER5 provides a Brand Centre for easy access to official branding materials. The availability of these assets does not constitute a licence or permission to use them. All materials in the Brand Centre are provided strictly for reference purposes.

Usage Restrictions

Written consent is required before any use of HER5 branding materials. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reproducing the HER5 logo or name in any format
• Using HER5 branding in print, digital, or broadcast media
• Incorporating HER5 assets into third-party materials
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from HER5 assets
• Using HER5 branding to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation

Enforcement
